Enhancements to the Booking Engine now allow terms and conditions to be set on the room, for example the cancellation period. This allows hotels to give customers more choices, ie Advance Purchase Rooms or Best Flexible Rates. This information is used to highlight the positive features of the rooms during the booking process ie

Breakfast Included
Book Now Pay Later
Free Cancellation before....etc
