Yep, it is finally here!

Is it the worlds best housekeeping App?

No, its our first/simple version.

What will it do?

It will allow housekeepers with a phone or a tablet to access information relating to housekeeping. It also includes a Breakfast List as these 2 functions are often combined. ((It does not allow access to other sections of the GuestDiary System ie Rates and Availability).

Can you be more specific?

Take a look at the screen shots below. It will display on a given day the guests departing or staying over. it will show the status of the room and allow a housekeeper to mark a room as clean from their phone which will then appear on the GuestDiary Screen for the receptionist.

Additionally the housekeeper can identify an issue in a room Ie 'the Shower is not working' and mark it as a 'Task' that appears on the GuestDiary screen for the receptionist.

A Cleaning Schedule allows the housekeeper to view room occupancy over the coming week to have an idea of workload (Do we need more sheets at the weekend? etc)

The Breakfast List will show all guests and their room number that have booked a breakfast on a particular date.

A Breakfast Schedule will show demand for breakfasts in the upcoming week (Do we need to order more bacon? etc)
