Many hotels hate to see rooms go unsold, as that revenue is lost for ever. A new feature allows rates to be discounted by a specific amount at a certain time, For example room rates can be set up so they are automatically discounted by 10% at 4pm on the day of arrival.

Some countries and cultures think in reverse and prefer to offer 'Early Bookers' discounts. In this case a setting can be apllied that automatically applies a discount when booking in Advance ie Rates are reduced by -10% if the booking is made 90 days in advance.

In both cases rates are ONLY appllied to the hotels own website.
